Wednesday!

Today's wake up proceedure was relatively normal, which was good considering the last few I've had. I even had breakfast. I couldn't actually get to sleep till pretty late though. Perhaps that had something to do with the nap I took in yesterday afternoon.

Okay, so today I didn't actually do anything out of the ordinary. Except hang around in union house for an hour, but that was only because my psychology lab finished early. Jeez those psych labs are a waste of time. I don't think we actually ever learn anything in them. They never even go for the two hours they're scheduled for. Most of the time, they finish in less than an hour. I got my 'feedback exersise'/ mid sem test back. 37 / 64. I'm not complaining much, I rekon thats pretty much what I deserved. I didn't know anything. Actually, that means its more than I deserved.

We did the usual lunch thing. KFC with Sam, Alex and Eric turned up this week. Apparently Chris forgot to come to uni or his alarm clock stuffed up. Either way, he missed out on some exciting KFC conversation. He also missed Networks lecture and tute. Ah well, its not like we ever listen in the lecture, and the tute... hmmmm I guess we have the answers. Whats really stupid is that they're only going to release the 2nd Network's project after the non-teaching period. That means we have less than two weeks to do it. Not only that, I've got all this other crap due during that time. Psych lab report, Legal research assignment and SAD presentations. It'd be good if they'd actually let us have it early so we could think about it more. Chances are I wouldn't get started on it till after the break, but hey, its what they call 'subconcious cognitive processing' which helps a lot. Its something along the lines of sleeping on a problem. Even though you don't actually conciously think about the problem, it can work itself out in your head. Interesting huh?

Anyway, I'm bored of Counter-Strike now. I've started playing a lot of Day of Defeat. Its not bad once you get used to it. I was playing a lot last night. You should try it out. Even though its another one of those WWII shooters, the multiplayer is pretty good.
