I don't think I'm made for kareoke. Actually, lets just say I'm not made for singing. I don't know why the music teacher asked me to join the choir in primary school. I couldn't even sing then. So as you can probably tell, I was bad at kareoke :(
At least Lori's birthday had food and stuff. It wasn't even a whole:
"you sing!"
"no you sing!"
session. I think thats kind of a good thing about relatively hongky people. They're quite willing to sing kareoke. Although I guess they have a lot more experience in that department. Bev was funny... I'm more convinced now that her nickname "Bubbles" suits her more than ever. Talk about errr.... enthusiastic?
Eric and I left a little early. It was a little boring because we didn't really know that many people, and the people we did know were talking to other people that we didn't know. Especially the girls from McRob. But who can blame them? They are from McRob after all.
So after that we went to Soh's place. Sat around watching Resivoir Dogs. It got in the top 100 in imdb.com so we thought it'd be good. I guess it was pretty good. One of those Quentin Tarintino films. Halfway through, we made a call to Adrian on Skype. Talked for a while about stuff :) BUt yeh, it was good to talk to him with the rest of the guys.
Took Eric home after that. Finally got home round 5. Yeh... pretty late :)

Hey ez! Yeah i've been reading your blogs too... Really good way to see what you're all up to every now and then. One week 8000 kilmetres away feels so much longe than a week normally ...
It's sort of interesting when a couple of people write about the same event in their blogs (like you and Eric re: the karaoke the other night)... Altho wif us IGS ppl somehow the comments are quite similar. Great minds think alike huh. Or maybe it's just that we've hung around each other for so long we kind of think the same way anyway now. Who knows.
Anyway i just thought i'd let you know i've been reading your posts too :) Cya!
