well, from a girl's perspective, i don't spend THAT much grooming my legs. granted that i'm relatively hairless. but yes, most girls tend to try not to grow a forest on their legs. unless we are more occupied with other things. like shoes.

100% agree, there's only two places where hair is appropriate, head and eyebrows.
Hair on the head to frame the face, and eyebrows to make the face more interesting.
