Went out for Helga's Birthday today. We just all trooped down to the nearby city to have lunch. I only realised on the way down that I'd be the only guy with a fairly large bunch of girls. It was kind of weird, but okay I guess. Just.. weird. It just inflates my own notion of being some kind of pimp.
I was with Olga, and we were late, but thats kind of expected these days. There were people even an hour or later. Then there was somebody who said she was 5 minutes away, and then somehow decided she wasn't going to come anymore. I found that a little weird.
The place wasn't that great, and the food was somehow ridiculously expensive, but otherwise okay. I think most of us had a good time. We did the whole Asian thing where theres a whole bunch of dishes and we all share. However, their medium dishes were really small, and their large dishes were kind of... small... We didn't actually get any 'small' dishes, but I can only imgaine how big (or small) they would have been.
After a whole series of confusion, we all trooped around to go have dessert, which was nice. Too much chocolate and several minutes spent agonising over the bill later, we all went home. Olga decided to buy the new Harry Potter book on the way after changing her mind about... 3 times during the trip. Bought it in the end though, so I guess tonight and tomorrow will be spend reading that...
