Uni woes...

I finally started uni today, (I actually went to work yesterday) and turned up to a couple of lectures. Whats good is that uni doesn't seem to have changed, so I can still find my way around. What wasn't good was my timetable. It turned into dog poo pretty much overnight. A prac got cancelled and stuck on at 9am on a Wednesday morning. Its not that I really dislike early morning starts, its more because it gives me lots of time to sit around doing pretty much nothing.

I'll just fill those of you who don't know what it used to be like.

Monday 4-5pm
Tuesday 9-10am, then 5-6pm
Wednesday 9-11am, then 4-5pm
Thursday 9-3pm with a lunchbreak
Friday 1-2pm

Now if thats not bad, I don't know what is. I think if I kept that timetable, I wouldn't have a job anymore. I might even have to go back to working at the restaurant. NOooOoooO. So instead, I decided to change subjects from Application Environments to Advanced Database Concepts. I'll have to do Application Environments next year anyway, so no big loss.

At the moment, my new timetable looks pretty ok. I've got Wednesday and Fridays off, which is great. First official days off uni that I've ever had, so its a bit of a novelty for me. Instead, I think I'll be working.

Other than that, today was a bit of a catch up and errand day. I got my concession card for public transport, went to a couple of lectures, tried to work out my subject change and pretty much bummed around the rest of the time.

EDIT: Muahhaha.
